Role: Talent Acquisition Manager (BPO/ Frontline Hiring/ Bulk Hiring)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee the recruitment process for frontline and bulk hiring efforts within our BPO operations in Knoxville, TN. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-volume recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates for frontline roles. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our customer service and operational functions. Your leadership will drive the recruitment strategy to ensure the highest quality of hires in a fast-paced and ever-evolving BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to support high-volume recruitment for frontline positions such as customer service representatives, call center agents, and operations staff.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate requirements for bulk hiring.
- Establish effective recruitment plans for scaling staffing efforts to meet business growth, seasonal demand, or new client projects.
Sourcing & Candidate Attraction:
- Lead and execute sourcing strategies to attract a large volume of candidates, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and partnerships with local organizations.
- Identify and engage passive candidates by networking within local communities, attending job fairs, and building relationships with educational institutions.
- Utilize recruitment marketing techniques to enhance the employer brand and increase candidate interest in frontline roles.
Bulk Hiring Campaign Management:
- Oversee and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring all roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate large-scale interview processes, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and processing job offers for multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Develop and manage recruitment workflows to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for frontline BPO roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate evaluation criteria and streamline the interview process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and work closely with recruiters to ensure the most qualified candidates are selected.
Data-Driven Recruitment & Reporting:
- Utilize recruiting metrics and data analysis to monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment status, trends, and performance for senior leadership.
- Use insights and feedback to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to employment laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards, and other applicable regulations.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
- Ensure a high level of diversity and inclusion in recruitment efforts, particularly in bulk and frontline hiring campaigns.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business priorities and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong focus on high-volume/frontline recruitment.
- Proven track record in managing bulk hiring or large-scale recruitment campaigns, particularly in the BPO or customer service industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices for bulk hiring.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., SAP SF, iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse).
- Experience with high-volume interviewing, onboarding, and offer negotiation.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment compliance in the USA.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
